1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkgems platform — including its website, mobile interface, or any affiliated service — you ("the User," "Player," or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkgems ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkgems platform. 2Eligibility & Age Verification

To use pkgems services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pkgems or any of its affiliated companies.

pkgems reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on pkgems. Duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, pkgems reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. pkgems shall not be liable for any issues — including failed payments or blocked withdrawals — arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Immediately notifying pkgems support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out fully from your account at the end of each session, especially on shared devices.

pkgems will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication claiming to be from pkgems and asking for your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

pkgems supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Key policies governing your funds are as follows:

• All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction where conversion is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification being completed.

• Any funds deposited that are suspected to originate from illegal or fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pkgems offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general policies set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

If pkgems determines that a player has abused any promotional offer, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account in question.

6Gameplay Rules & Betting

pkgems provides a range of gaming products including cricket betting and PSL odds, slot games, live dealer casino tables, fishing games (including Lucky Gods Fishing and Relax Fishing), and other interactive entertainment. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products:

• All bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled or amended except where expressly permitted within a specific game or market.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game session, pkgems will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected bet amount will be returned to the player's account.
• pkgems uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or using the account of another person.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the pkgems platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pkgems software.
• Use pkgems branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an unauthorised affiliation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkgems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pkgems platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own negligence, including sharing account credentials.
• Interruptions or errors in service caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate odds, market information, or game outcomes displayed due to a technical error.
• Any unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

In all cases, pkgems's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkgems account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

pkgems collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, pkgems collects data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC/AML compliance), payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and personalised marketing communications (where you have opted in). 12Account Termination & Closure

You may close your pkgems account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course following satisfactory identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

pkgems reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and withhold associated funds, if it determines — at its sole discretion — that any of the following apply:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Engagement in any form of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.

13Amendments to These Terms

pkgems reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkgems's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to pkgems customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, it may be escalated to arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any such proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
